whatsapp calls issue

Hi,
My SETUP: Mini ITX M/B (ASRock AB350 MB) PFSense OS.Here is my home setup: Cable modem > PFSense Router/Firewall > TP-Link TL-SG108PE switch > 5 devices(HTPC, Satellite receiver, network printer, Desktop PC(Windows 10) Desktop PC (Linux Manjaro) via ethernet...all working flawlessly.
Wireless: TP-Link EAP 225 Indoor wireless access point > Laptop(Linux Manjaro) Android 8 phone, Yamaha wireless speaker working fine.
I've been using PfSense for about two weeks with no problems, both ethernet and wireless.
My phone (Android), Laptop (Linux Manjaro) work flawlessly, I can make whatsapp voice calls and send/receive instant messages fine.
My wife returned from vacation last week, and her phone and tablet cannot receive or make whatsapp voice calls, but she can send/receive instant messages fine. Also, on her Windows 10 PC (She won't switch to Linux)...Outlook.com (web based email service/client will not load. Outlook.com website loads fine on both of my Linux machines(laptop and desktop) It doesn't matter if it's Ubuntu, Manjaro, Mint, Debian, OpenSuse or Fedora.
I hooked up the "old network system" TP-Link AC1750 router, using all other existing networking equipment, and everything works fine on her (Windows 10 PC and mobile devices), including whatsapp voice calls????
I have tried/swapped this repeatedly, and everything consistently works with my old TP-Link AC1750 router, and does not work with my PfSense Box????
Thanks for any help

Something there is different. DNS maybe?
Can the Windows device resolve outlook.com? What error do you get when you try to load it?
You have any packages running on pfSense?
