Weird issue. Switched from OpenDNS to Cloudflare but

Having a weird issue with DNS both Resolver & Forwarder. Recently switched from OpenDNS to Cloudflare DNS servers. Restarted the service (& the server) and new settings applied to the clients (ipconfig) but clients still resolving to OpenDNS. I reviewed the backup configuration file and nothing related to OpenDNS.

How I know if that the web filtering still applies. Is there a cache file in Pfsense that can be purge?
