LCDproc 0.10.6_10 FTDI support?
-
Hi folks
Im not so good at packages and stuff.
I was wondering if the latest LCDproc package for pfsense 2.4.5 has FTDI support in it?
I cannot make it to work with HD44780 and a FT2232 chip.
I run:
LCDd -f -r 5 -s 0
And get:
Listening for queries on 127.0.0.1:13666 screenlist_init() driver_load(name="hd44780", filename="/usr/local/lib/lcdproc/hd44780.so") hd44780: unknown ConnectionType: ftdi Driver [hd44780] init failed, return code -1 Module /usr/local/lib/lcdproc/hd44780.so could not be loaded Could not load driver hd44780 There is no output driver Critical error while initializing, abort.``` I have these after I plug in the chip in the usb: /dev/cuaU0 /dev/cuaU1 /dev/ugen0.2 Config file: [server] DriverPath=/usr/local/lib/lcdproc/ Driver=hd44780 Bind=127.0.0.1 Port=13666 ReportLevel=3 ReportToSyslog=yes User=nobody Foreground=no ServerScreen=no GoodBye="Thanks for using" GoodBye=" pfSense " WaitTime=5 ToggleRotateKey=Enter PrevScreenKey=Left NextScreenKey=Right ScrollUpKey=Up ScrollDownKey=Down [menu] MenuKey=Escape EnterKey=Enter UpKey=Up DownKey=Down [hd44780] driverpath=/usr/local/lib/lcdproc/ ConnectionType=ftdi Device=/dev/cuaU0 Port=0x378 Speed=0 Contrast=850 Brightness=800 OffBrightness=0 Backlight=yes OutputPort=no Charmap=hd44780_default DelayBus=true Size=20x4 DelayMult=32 Keypad=no Any ideas? How can I see how the package is compiled?
