Sorry if it's been posted already. I looked and found older ones at 2.2 but didn't seem to apply. Problem is SG-1100, I've tried Chrome, Edge, Explorer. Different systems no change. If I create a Allow All Rule for a interface, then add a block, etc I am unable to click and drag the rules since they apply top to down. I tried shift-click while rule is check no change. I have to delete the rule and hope I get the order right the first time. I did a reboot in hopes it was just a bug.

Didn't know if there was anyone else that encountered same issue, or something I missing? I administer several SG-1100 and this is only one that has this problem.

It is running 2.4, there is an update waiting which might fix it. I can apply that tonight after the business closes. Thought I'd reach out and see if anyone else has seen this behavior. Appreciate any help

working fine here on 2.4.5.. Are you seeing the 4-way arrow when you hover over the rules?

I see a "hand" when a rule can be moved , else "just an arrow"

Interesting.. Im on Windoz and see a 4 direction arrow. Also Firefox.

Have you figured out what causes a rule to be unmovable? I have not run into that that I can remember..

Correct, normally the hand appears and I can move rule up or down. But this instance I can't move/drag nor does a hand appear.

@gs_sgtech Check System / General Setup : Disable dragging setting.

@ronpfs You sir are a genius. That was the ticket. Never seen that before, and not sure how it was turned on. I don't recall ever checking that. But thank you again.
