Unable to Download Backup As XML

Good Morning
Has anyone else been unable to complete a Download Backup As XML process?
I've been running into this for a couple of weeks now. The issue also shows up when trying to download Certificates/Keys from the Cert Manager.
I'm currently running 2.5.0, version Mon Dec 28 03:01:53 EST 2020 as a VM in XCP-ng.

did you try a different browser ? maybe you have addon like noscript or something like that? -
Tried it just now and it generated/downloaded the .xml.
Its a mystery.
