I have setup rules to allow the comms on both vlans and ticket the TCP Options box (didn't make any difference).

There are no rule blocks reported in the firewall log, but if i run a packet capture;

the SYN request in 22 passes, but the RST, ACK in 23 is marked red in wireshark.

I don't see any other traffic going, but am assuming that is because the RST, ACK is not returned ?
