opening routes to the LAN

Hi, I setup openvpn as server (10.8.0.0) on a windows10 vm (10.0.0.0) and connected a pfsense openvpnclient to this server. the lan network on the pfsense side is 172.14.10.0.
How can I make sure the vm 10.0.0.10 can access a nas on the lan of the pfsense 172.14.10.55 ?
And how can I make it possible all clients of the 172.14.10.0 can access the vm ?Where do I need to add what?
