The issue we are having is if a user has 2 emails in their MFA account, then the authentication factor never gets sent. Here is a snippet of the logs from MFA:

ChallengeState(String): challenge|xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx|ChooseOne
ChallengeTimeout(Double): 300
ReplyCommand(String): AccessChallenge
ReplyMsg(String): Enter an authentication method number:
1: Email... @ yahoo.com
2: Email... @ gmail.com

Is there anyway in OpenVPN that we can set that authentication method number to always be 1?
