I am having a weird issue with my Qotom miniPC following an OPNsense install. Before installing OPNsense I could access the bios but afterward I cannot, no hardware has changed. I emailed Qotom about it and they said to try the delete key like I was dumb, so no help there. I have tried resetting bios, using the jumper and left the battery out for several days. I might have a RAM virus, after all, firewalls are meant for security against hacks and I have been having issues for several years following a run-in with lulzsec members on CS:GO which prompted me to get this level of security. With that being said, the main hacker I've had issues with, who I know was named Jack Butcher whom I went to the Webb School with (he was class of 2005) and his higher up who I only knew as Dan Siebels and another guy named Fluke on Steam (Jack goes by PrettyManPete, PMP or sometimes IconicEyE). Anyways, these guys are always putting dirty stuff on my PC that I could go to jail for and I'm sick of it. Does anyone know how to clear RAM, do I put tin foil on the contacts? Do I apply a voltage or maybe a strong magnet? Has anyone even heard of being locked out of the bios boot menu? I really wish that we had better security than ASCII, I wish we had voiceprint and/or fingerprint and/or facial recog in combo with a pw...nobody likes a pw over 20 characters...and voice, finger or facial is hard to fake, a good algorithm could detect a previously recorded print/vid whereas a regular pw is easier to replicate. Anyway, thanks on any help!

I have a Qotom PC too and it's OK with pfsense. As mentioned above, you should be asking in the OPNsense forum.
