VIP Connection problem.

I have a few questions about Virtual IPs and IP alias types.
I created a VIP IP alias and use it for the Front end address of Haproxy. It worked before but somehow I can't use the port service on Haproxy. I have to save Virtual IPs and Alias config then I can use it. it seems like I have to refresh the VIP config service often.
What should I do to continue using Vip Alias without refresh the VIP config service so often?
