I have a small Dr office using a SG-1100 with PFblocker running, we access a site(secure.uhcprovider.com) to pull benefits data of our customers. We can get to the site and login. The trouble begins when we try to pull data from the portal and its getting blocked. I've looked over the DNSBLK, IPblock, and Firewal logs and can't find anything related to (secure.uhcprovider.com) being blocked.

What should I do next?
