Pfsense 2.6.0 on pfBlockerNG DNSBL Web Server 2.1.4_26
First thing you need to do us to update your pfsense to pfBlockerNG-devel 3.1.0_1. I know that it it confusing, but the version that you are using is considered opsolete. It has not had any further development for a very long time. The pfBlockerNG-devel version is now considered the stable version and is recommended for production use.
how block Video / Audio Straming?
pfblocker has 2 primary components: blocking traffic to sent to IP address via firewall rules (IP Blocking), and preventing domain names from being resolved to an IP address (DNSBL). It has absolutely no idea what that traffic is and cannot differentiate what that traffic is trying to do. It has no way to know if yourtraffic is audio, video, web surfing, a download, a ping test, etc.
To block audio or video streaming you will have to define the destination where that audio or video would be coming from and block traffic on your network from being sent to that destination. So for example, if you wanted to block Netflix, you could create an IP block rule using the ASN of Netflix (AS2906) and DNS Blocklist with www.netflix.com and netflix.com. But you need yo do that for each site that you want to block (Hulu, Youtube, HBO, Spotify, etc.).
Here's a video that explains in more detail how pfblocker works: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xizAeAqYde4

@barbarostugrul You could try pfBlockerNG & DNSBL Category
Firewall -> pfBlockerNG -> DNSBL -> DNSBL Category and use UT1 or Shallalist
YMMV depending on CPU & RAM.
