I wonder if i can implement the captive portal restrictions for guests , without using the landing page.

A captive portal is a web server that shows a web portal page, or, as you said, a landing page.
So, if you don't want the car, don't get the car ;)

The last one, "RADIUS MAC Authentication" might fit your needs, but do you know in advance what MAC addresses your quest users have ?
