We're very sorry for the delay! You will be getting your gift card. We had an unexpected positive response to this offer, so the pre-provisioned funds in the system ran out. At least they're fixing it, but it still does not explain only initially granting them to favorable reviews. Especially after @matlear resubmitted his after being denied the first time.

First review I did had some negative points and review got refused, toned down the negative and magically the review got published. Who do we trust in this world . I'm sure Netgate marketing will pop into this thread with an explanation so no need to contact them directly.

So they're only accepting favorable reviews? Wow, that says a lot right there. So much for transparency.
