I plan to do that later today.

Yes, we have a second hardware to use if it fails.

edit: ah, found https://forum.netgate.com/topic/178131/xg7100-upgrade-fails ... seems to work if I stay patient ;-)

They’re probably more likely to see it there.

Don't know if you have already updated, but we have the 7100 and we updated yesterday. Didn't experience any issues with the process of updating from 22.05 to 23.01.

I am however having an issue getting to the console? I plug everything in but can't get to it. We are on ZFS so maybe that is the issue. But I can SSH to the Console now with no issues...just an issue to using the console cable direct to the 7100.

Missing default routes etc and web gui not working. Thought perhaps upgrade hadn't completed but waited a long tim (hours) and nothing in processes to indicate still running...Another reboot fixed it

But I had to restart the WebGUI from the shell at first, then something with routing or firewalling wasn't fully working. I could access the WebGUI, but users weren't able to surf. Only after another reboot everything worked again.

We have 3 WAN-connections there, all gateways were shown as online, I edited the default gateway and saved/applied, also I did a "Filter reload" before that 2nd reboot.

Now everything looks good to me.
