I upgraded my pfSense Plus firewall to 23.01 recently, and I just noticed that after the upgrade my firewall looks like it’s not fully registered as pfSense Plus.

When I go the ‘System > Update’ Menu in the webUI, I can see a message saying:

“Your device has not been registered for pfSense+. Please purchase a pfSense+ subscription at the Netgate store to receive future updates.”

And it doesn’t allow me to select any version branches anymore. Although on the main page of the WebUI it still shows me as having pfSense Plus running. I also tried re-registering with my original activation token, but that doesn’t seem to have made a difference.

Figured it out. Sorta. I purchased a new activation token and it seems to be OK now.

@stugots yeah look about there have been a few issues I recall seeing with users having tokens no longer working or something. Pretty sure @stephenw10 has been able to help at least some of them on the back end.. I just tagged him so maybe he will see this thread and offer some sage advice.

@Stugots open a ticket at https://go.netgate.com and include your current Netgate ID and the order number from your original CE->Plus upgrade token.
