I eagerly unboxed it and plugged in the shiny new 6100 that arrived in the mail today. I'm thinking I might have some kind of hardware issue though. The LEDS on the front are just flashing white and have been for quite some time and I notice the LED on the power brick seems to dim in time with the ones on the front of the device. I plugged in the USB console cable too but my computer doesn't even detect a new USB device.

Any ideas before I contact the vendor I purchased this from and ask for an RMA?

Thanks!
