Hi,

I applied the latest update this morning and afterwards I'm unable to connect to my SG-3100. I connected via Serial Port and when I issue a command like 4) Reset to factory defaults I get this error:

Segmentation fault (core dumped)

When I try option 16) Restart PHP-FPM

I get the fillowing error:

Killing check_reload_status
Killing php-fpm
pkill: Cannot open pidfile `/var/run/php-fpm.pid': No such file or directory
pid 1440 (php-cgi), jid 0, uid 0: exited on signal 11 (core dumped)
pid 1551 (php-fpm), jid 0, uid 0: exited on signal 11 (core dumped)

Any suggestions on how to proceed?

Thank you.

Best,
It might take 10-15 minutes or so, sometimes more.

One option is to reinstall and restore from backup.
https://docs.netgate.com/pfsense/en/latest/solutions/sg-3100/reinstall-pfsense.html
They usually send the install image inside 15 minutes or so.
