When I look at the traffic graph in pfsence, it doesn't exceed 50kb.

What could be happening?! I have complaints about slow internet!

I can't tell you, because I wasn't the administrator. I'm new. If you check other Pfsence on other sites, they have normal traffic. 30, 40, mega.

That has pulled 11GB. Was that at 50kbps?! That seems unlikely. Was the speed good until recently?

Make sure both WAN and LAN are linked at the expected rate, probably 1Gbps at full duplex. Like:
