I ran into a problem where the installation stopped and I got the message:
cannot open /etc/rc.be_functions.sh: No such file or directory

Since I was stuck without internet access during the installation and I'll admit I have limited knowledge at the command prompt level,
I did a quick search using my phone and saw someone suggesting using the command - Pkg-static upgrade to see if the installation would complete which it did.

Any thoughts on why the installation stopped?

I also wanted to look at the installation log so using the GUI command prompt I tried to download the /conf/upgrade_log.latest.txt file but this file only has the previous upgrade log from when I upgraded from 23.05 -> 23.05.1
Any thoughts on why upgrade_log.latest.txt doesn't show the upgrade to 23.09.1?

Looking to learn more about what I may have done incorrectly and anything I can do to get the upgare log for the failed installation.

Thank you.

It's probably been overwritten. I'd guess some pkg uninstall script stopped maybe.
