<![CDATA[Unable to find way to change email in shop.netgate.com]]>I need to change my email address associated with my shop.netgate.com account. I'm unable to find any way to do so on the shop website.

How can I get this done so my purchase records continue to be associated with me and I can continue to access them?

It's surprising to see an Internet router and firewall company in 2024 with a manual process for changing an email address.

Our natural gas utility has the same problem... 😆

Emailing sales (sales@netgate.com) is probably the best way to get that started.
