Nrpe won't start via buttons under Status/Services. It appears to try but never stays running for more than a few seconds and I can't find any log entries so I have no idea what's going on.
Reading previous issues I found /usr/local/etc/rc.d/nrpe.sh which I can run manually and it starting right up (/usr/local/etc/rc.d/nrpe.sh start). At this point everything seems to work fine.
Nrpe did seem to work after my last reboot for a time, June, but it died at some point and at that point the buttons did not work.
This is Pfsense 2.7.2(amd64) and Nrpe is 4.1
Any idea where to find any log entries ?
