When I turn on the Static ARP in DHCP Server option I get "no subnet" in syslogd on all hosts when they try renewe IP adress.
      I've RC2e.

Have you added entries for each of the hosts?

Yes, every host has an entry in dhcp server
everything is ok until I turn on Static ARP, but I think that they works ok.

          dhcpd: lease 10.1.1.22: no subnet
          dhcpd: lease 10.1.1.42: no subnet.

After turning on static arp support, please run the following:

            arp -an

and show the entries that should be static.
