I have configured Taildrop with FQ-CoDel using the default parameters on my 1000/1000 Mbps connection. Without the limiter, I get close to the advertised speed for both download and upload. However, with the limiter enabled, my download speed peaks at around ~900 Mbps, while the upload speed ranges between 550-650 Mbps.

Is this expected behavior, or am I configuring the limiter incorrectly? Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
