<![CDATA[Some extra features?]]>Hello all,

I was wondering if there was possible to install, and how;

Some things I whould like to install:

1. Samba - Windows file sharing
2. Mysql
3. Webmin
4. Webserver to run with TorrentFlux

And why whould I even want this?

I have my reasons, I only want to run pfsense.

Only Yes/No is needed, but some reason whould be nice too.

I'm more curious than anything else, but why use pfSense for this if (from my perspective) it looks like a regular install of FreeBSD would be far more adventageous for now and for the future as well. Is there some diabolical plan you have for this box that will turn it into some mutant transformer and take over the world?

If so … where can I sign up?

However since pfSense is a specially tailored version of FreeBSD you will have to hack it together yourself.
(Unless you can find someone to babysit you through it)

Also it's a really bad idea if you plan to use this machine as a firewall as well.
