            Hmm, what exactly were you seeing and when? I'm not aware of any recent connection issues at the server end.

              You want packet captures showing no response from your servers?

                I have no way to do that but what I can do is try to find any issues that may exist in the back end. I'm just trying to find out where it failed in the install process so I know where to dig.
