Is there any info - headlines or otherwise on what is Plus-next? What will it be? A from the ground up new pfsense, or an update to the gui, or any thoughts that can be shared. I keep an eye on the redmine-roadmap, and am keen to learn a bit more or some info on what will plus next be. Perhaps, just a new naming convention :)

@Tigo pfSense uses "next" on the redmine site frequently...seems to be just an unnumbered reference before a release is named. AFAICT.

Only install packages for your version, or risk breaking it. Select your branch in System/Update/Update Settings.
When upgrading, allow 10-15 minutes to reboot, or more depending on packages, CPU, and/or disk speed.

@SteveITS - I'm being hopeful for something more eventful - targetting the Gui....- but, I don't know. happy with it, but don't mind a few updates....

There are things in development but, yes, in redmine the 'next' label simply means the next version.
