<![CDATA[Unable to Install pfSense 2.7.2 on HPE Gen12 – Allocation Window Error]]>Hello everyone,

I am trying to install pfSense 2.7.2 on an HPE ProLiant Gen12 server (U68 BIOS v1.54) with an Intel Xeon 6515P CPU and two 1TB SATA SSDs in RAID1 (HPE MR408i-o Gen11 controller).

During boot, I encounter the following error:

Error code: failed to allocate initial I/O port window 0x4000-0xdfff
Failed to allocate initial memory window 0xa68000000-0xadffffff

Turning off the RAID controller → did not resolve the issue

Installing pfSense on a single SSD → still fails

Using the full pfSense 2.7.2 ISO → same error occurs

Have you tried installing 2.8.1 from the Net Installer?
