IPSec and upcoming Letsencrypt changes (introducing profiles)

Hi,
please be gentle and pardon my ignorance.

I am using Letsencrypt sertificates in IPSec server configurations.
In the light of announced ongoing changes, which introduce profiles - should pfSense ACME package take this into consideration and offer a choice of profiles?
Or nothing has to be done and nothing will break?

I did read @jimp's post, but it did not clarify for me if server should use certificate generated with tlsserver profile.
