Easy way to change Interface and Client assignments together?

I have OpenVPN set up with a short list of Interfaces for my VPN provider with matching OpenVPN client servers.

To change a VPN country server I have to edit both Interface assignment (Save) and OpenVPN client (save) for each country server. I'm used to doing this manually and it's reliable, but I wonder since edits on the Interface and openVPN screens are each a pFSense file save and update, is there a quicker way using a desktop link for each country server that could change and update both files without requiring a (slow) firewall reboot?
