inter VLAN connection not working after update to 2.8.1

Hi.
I really have a very easy setup. Some VLANs with some rules, for inter VLAN routing. After upgrading to version 2.8.1 from 2.7.2 and inter vlan routing stops working. Also dyndns updates are not working any more, but I found a workaround to get it up and working again.

I have read some posts about this issue, but did not found a solution. Does someone of you have an idea what will be the problem? If you need additional information, please let me know I will give my best to sent you the information as fast as possible.

If there are no firewall rules, inter vlan routing is working fine. But most of my VLANs do not have permission to other VLANs, expect some specific rules.

@big_blue do you have floating match rules? If so remove Quick.

@SteveITS i am not 100% sure but I would say no. I have attached a screenshot of my rules.

My problem also was the state policy changes.
