PFSense CE 2.8.1 OpenVPN client export package confusion. =issues/updates available=

We have one newer system which is showing
OpenVPN client export package installed is version 1.9.6
And has associated messages in the package manager:
"Newer version available"
And: "Package is configured but not (fully) installed or deprecated"

Other identical systems show version installed is: 1.9.5 and no associated "issues".
Or indication to "update"
All appear to be working fine.

While updating any/all of these systems to PFSense 2.8.1
We have always uninstalled the package and reinstalled the package after upgrading.

I am very confused on this..
This one system is showing a newer version and that an update is available.
While the others show an older version (1.9.5) and not indications of issues or or updates available.
Uninstalling and reinstalling does not make this strange indication on this system go away.
