dne ... is that short for "does not exist" ? I checked a few 2100s in my fleet and they all had it at /sbin/etherswitchcfg

If it said 'unable to open switch device' then first try a full power cycle. Not a reboot. Seeing that implies the switch IC is not responding but I have seen that happen if it somehow gets into some invalid mode. After a voltage spike perhaps.

i was thinking along those lines, but I do have it plug into a Furman PL-PLUS Series 11 power conditioner. I have tried multiple reboots to no avail. TAC did provide me with and RMA late Friday. I appreciate all of your time and help, but I don't want to waste any more of it.

Rebooting does not reset the switch IC. If it is in that state then you need to actually remove the power to reset it.

@nadaesbuenien said in 2100 LAN(1-4) Lights Are Solid Green In All States Except For No Power:

                      etherswitchcgfg

                      etherswitchcfg *

To upgrade, select your branch in System/Update/Update Settings. When upgrading, allow 10-15 minutes to reboot, or more depending on packages, CPU, and/or disk speed.
Only install packages for your version of pfSense.
