How to reach technical support team

Hello,
We have installed pfsense on an AWS instance and subscribed to Netgate pfSense Plus Firewall/VPN/Router in our AWS account. The VPN tunnel is currently having technical problems and isn't functioning as it should. When we attempt to contact AWS vendor support through the AWS marketplace section, we receive a 404 error stating that we are unable to connect to the vendor support page. Since we already have a Netgate pfSense Plus Firewall/VPN/Router subscription, kindly assist us in contacting the pfsense technical support team.
