Create TAC account

I created a TAC case. When I follow the link to Register a new account it wants my email. The email field will not allow me to enter anything.

Is there a different way other than the link in the email from TAC support?

I tried 3 different browsers.

@AndyRH is the URL your try to enter the email address, this one: https://shop.netgate.com/account/register ?

Is it grayed out? On Windows, Mac, Linux? Adguard installed or similar? Does it work if you use your mobile and not using the Wifi but the mobile connection?

@patient0 It is a different URL: portal.netgate.com

No AdGuard.
Not greyed out, just does not work.

I messed with it a bit more. The link is no good, but if I just go to portal.netgate.com it works.

@AndyRH so you were able to create an account, all solved?

@patient0 No, I can attempt to logon, but it seems my account expired because it does not work. I cannot get to any page that allows me to create an account.

I found how to fix my account that shows orders, but I am unable to see the TAC case.
