      running:
      26.03-RELEASE (amd64)
      built on Wed Apr 1 13:20:00 EDT 2026
      FreeBSD 16.0-CURRENT

      nat rule

      alias: source: monitoring.xxxxxx.com port 9997 to destination: 172.27.3.8 3389 for rdp access

      Use to work fine prior to upgrade. Now will only work if source address is *

      nslookup of alias shows correct ip. Not sure what to do test now.

        @jsbsmd It is probably this issue or similar.

        To upgrade, select your branch in System/Update/Update Settings. When upgrading, allow 10-15 minutes to reboot, or more depending on packages, CPU, and/or disk speed.
        Only install packages for your version of pfSense.

          @SteveITS (SOLVED)

          Thank you for the information.

          if I "killall filterdns" and then Status>Filter Reload, the table is immediately updated.
