DNS Override - Blocking Google Lens

Trying to simply redirect aa google url to localhost and this is the error I get. No matter the change I make to try to get it to work, no joy.
Any thoughts?

@GotYour6 the description of the 'Host' field does state quite clearly: Name of the host ... e.g enter "myhost" if the full domain name is "myhost.example.com".
