Upgraded to 3.2.14, but not working.

Please bear in mind, it's been years since I setup or adjusted pfBlockerNG, so my knowledge is rusty, but I'm not a complete noob.
Anyway, I have been using pfBlockerNG ver 3.2.10 on pfSense for sometime now with no issues. I recently updated to 3.2.14 and the ad-blocking has stopped working. I uninstalled and reinstalled: both times were successful. As far as I can tell, everything was properly installed, but all my feeds are gone. The floating rules in my LAN are not there.
I have the outbound rules covering three subnets: LAN, OPT1 and VLAN1. Are there some settings that I need to reconfigure? I used to know pfBlockerNG like the back of my hand 7-8 years ago, but it's been so long that I forgot. Any help would be appreciated.
Also if anyone could recommend some good and popular DNSBL groups or feeds, that would be great, but the priority is getting pfBlockerNG working properly. TIA.

@qty_unit It should "just work." The one recent change I'm aware of was that if you uninstall/reinstall you must manually add the DNSBL VIP as an alias on localhost, then set in pfBlocker's settings.
