Small issue upgrading to 26.03.1 - needed to manually boot via console

Small issue upgrading to 26.03.1 today. It ran the upgrade fine, except that the Web UI endlessly cycled through "Not yet ready - restarting in x seconds".
I finally fired up puTTY and saw that the device was just sitting at the Marvell>>> prompt. I gave it the command to boot, which it did, and everything came up fine. Maybe I just didn't wait long enough but wanted to note it.

@NGUSER6947 The timer just looks for the web server to respond.
If you reboot normally does it still stop?
"finally" as in how long?

@SteveITS I'd say I waited somewhere between 15 and 25 minutes after the final Success in the update window. When I opened a console window, I just saw the Marvell prompt with no activity (meaning, that's all that appeared when I hit Return).
I haven't tried a separate restart.

@NGUSER6947 it’s not supposed to stop there. I’d try a restart and watch the console.

Yup that ^. Try rebooting again to make sure it doesn't stop there.
It should only ever stop there if the user interrupts it at the console. It's possible you just happened to connect at the right time and it saw input that interrupted it.

You could have been waiting forever.
Remember : the GUI is there if it has good news for you. If something goes wrong, the GUI is the first to go down.
If the device and thus 'console' access is close by, it takes as second to activate it. Do the upgrade from there. If you use Putty for example, set up a 'COM' (serial) session and make it also log to a file.
From now on, when the update goes fine, you have a trace, you can see what was done.
If there are issues, you see them right away, and you have also the point where things went bad. Take that point to the forum and you have an answer in mere minutes (as we are all updating at that moment ^^)True, the update progression is also shown in GUI, but not the boot and subsequent install-during-boot.
