radvd (Router Advertisements) in HA Cluster

I read over https://docs.netgate.com/pfsense/en/latest/services/dhcp/ipv6-ra.html but am not clear how to proceed:

I have an HA cluster with static IPv6 configured and working - I want to enable radvd in SLAAC only mode (unmanaged)

Should I enable it on BOTH primary and backup nodes (with differing priority e.g. High/Medium), or only on the primary?
