CoreDNS: add IPv6 DNS server results in "Invalid address or port"
-
I tried to add the Quad9 DNS servers, 9.9.9.9, 149.112.112.112 and 2620:fe::fe and 2620:fe::9 as CoreDNS DNS servers.
The IPv4 addresses are accepted but entering the IPv6 addresses results in "Invalid address or port".Is that supposed to work?
Edit: adding a screenshot

@patient0 yeah looks like a parsing isssue - write out the full address vs shorthand
-
I confirm, you can't put anything than an IPv4 address . I tried with the Cloudflare address short and full
2606:4700:4700::1112
2606:4700:4700:0000:0000:0000:0000:1112Has anyone managed to set up an IPv6 address?

just to clarify: I did try every combination and it didn't work, like
2620:fe::fe
2620:fe:0:0:0:0:0:fe
2620:fe:0000:0000:0000:0000:0000:fe
2620:00fe:0000:0000:0000:0000:0000:00feHave disabled it again after that and will check back on Nexus in a year or two, so many rough edges.
