Installer says no Plus subscription

Hi,

I currently have pfSense Plus installed and everything is fine:

However, when I go to reinstall, it says I don't have a pfSense Plus subscription.

I got the home/lab Plus back when it was an option. I saw this other recent topic:

but that appears to be for existing installs suddenly losing their subscription status, not for new installs. It also says the issue was resolved, but I'm getting the error as of 15-20 minutes ago.

The NDI shown in the existing installation and the NDI shown in the installer are the same.

How do I resolve this?

That should be foxed now for Home and Lab Evaluation licensed devices. Send me your NDI in chat and I'll check it.

Hi, we have a similar problem searching for updates.

Error is:

check_upgrade: "Updating repositories metadata" returned error code 1
Your TAC Subscription expired on 2023-05-10. Please renew your TAC Subscription or purchase a pfSense+ subscription by visiting the Netgate store.

We are also still using the "free" TAC license on the same devices from the start of pfsense plus. Until 26.03 everything was ok, but an upgrade to 26.07 is not possible anymore.

We will update the hardware soon and will buy new licenses for the new hardware, but until then we thought the old free/lab licenses would work until the old hardware dies?

Send me your NDI in chat and I'll check it.

If it was upgraded on a Home or Lab license though it should now be able to pull a new cert and access the repos again.
