2.9 upgrade issue with WAN side showing the login page.

I upgraded my pfsense 2.9. All went well as far as I can tell. If I enter the WAN IP address pfsense comes up with the login page. I can enter the IP address on the LAN side and it comes up with the login page which I think would be normal. Why am I seeing it on the WAN side?
There is a WAN-DHCP (default) gateway defined which is offline now under 2.9. The gateway showed online under 2.8.1. Not sure why this is here but it is not my network.
I am using an AT&T modem with fiber going into the modem. I am going to get into the modem and look around.
If it matters, I have no DHCP server defined on the LAN side as I use a layer 3 switch.

From where are you testing that, from a server on the internet?

@patient0 No. I am testing from the LAN side. As long as it is firewalled I am fine with that.
Everything is working I guess I never noticed you could use the WAN IP address before.
Your gateway IP address happens to be the modem IP address also so I guess I need to uplug pfsense to get on my modem. Anyway to change the WAN gateway IP address?
