Constant reboots on na qnpa tvs874 after vlan setup

Hello, i've been running pfsense on physical hardware for years now, i decided to switch to the virtual version on a qnap nas, i copied over my config from the physical machine over the virtual one and after setting up the interfaces it works, but the moment i setup my vlans, it just rebots after 20-30 seconds but without vlans it runs on hours

anyone experienced this on a qnap ?

i tried running it on esx, i works great

the qnap is a tvs 874 with 64gb ram, the wan post is running srv-io on my 10gb intel x520

i was running version 2.8 and 2.9 without flaw on the harware, after the virtualization i tried upgrading to 2.9, same issue on the qnap
