I am getting a failed download in pfgblocker, from this URL

      https://feodotracker.abuse.ch/downloads/ipblocklist_recommended.txt

Is anyone else having the same problem?

If so, then a recommended source please?

@Waqar.UK trying to wget-it does fail for me, too. Entering only the subdomain https://feodotracker.abuse.ch/ shows

        Error 503 certificate has expired
        certificate has expired

        Error 54113
        Details: cache-vie6341-VIE 1788031178 1532832851

        Varnish cache server

Seems like a backend issue on their part.

Looks like it so sadly. So the download url will have to be deleted?

That means download shouldnt fail - eventually you could set in pfblockerng the setting for this feed to:

                  Flex:
Downgrade the SSL Connection (Not Recommended)

In pfblockerng under IPv4 and in the Category you have created (in my example "BadNets" - if you hit the "edit" icon the site that opens contains the setting I posted.

                                Nothing to do.
pfBlocker does what a web browser does. If one fails, the does the same.
Now it works again, so both will get/download the page juts fine.

The IP and DNSBL lists suggested by pfBlockerng are all maintained and hosted by private persons, so ones in a while, if a server, a person, or a bank account, or a certificate, has an issue, the access to the file.
                                This happens all the time.

                                Btw : serious : an IPv4 list with one IPv4 listed .... :)
