Expired LE CA/Certificate not showing op in GUI

Hello there,

I am currently experiencing a problem with an R3 certificate that is expired. Nowhere in the GUI can I find that specific certificate. I have the feeling that it's a ghost message generated somewhere under the hood?

Below is the email notification I receive every day. The certificate has been expired for more than 349 days! Also two screenshots of my System/Certificates/ pfSense GUI config.

Certificate Authority: Acmecert: O=Let's Encrypt, CN=R3, C=US (60a2b99849d9e): Expired 349 days ago

I tried solving the issue using CoPilot, but none of the suggested solutions work, and sometimes the menus mentioned do not exist. I have been feeding input (with screenshots etc) to CoPilot for an hour, but I am not making any progress.

Could you please help me resolve this?
