      Hello,
I updated to pfSense 2.9.0 and luckily squid package is now in a more recent version.

But there is a problem with the log files. I have as "Log Store Directory" the default: "/var/squid/logs" but with this configuration I receive the following errors/warnings:

NETDB state saved; 479 entries, 5 msec
      Logfile: closing log stdio:/var/squid/logs/netdb.state
WARNING: log name now starts with a module name. Use 'stdio:/var/squid/logs/netdb.state'

This repeats every hour. The problem is that in the package configuration the "stdio:" entrance is missing.

I link to a user that noticed this 9 years ago and provided a fix:

      https://github.com/opnsense/core/issues/1815

      Please fix this!
