Nexus updates and release notes

Is there any release notes available for the Nexus updates that are released? It would be nice to know exactly what has been worked on/improved from release to release.

I assume there will be quite a few releases of Nexus now it's officially going production and intend to replace the PHP UI. There is still a lot of work that needs to be done before the PHP UI is completely redundant.
