ixl iflib driver critical fix

As someone who now relies on the ixl driver working smoothly, this recent commit caught my eye:

Today I had an unexplainable catastrophic failure where my LAN ixl1 interface just died and I had to hard-reset my firewall to get it back. Not sure if this has anything to do with it but would be nice if this made it into the 26.10/26.11 betas to test.

@jwt since you mentioned that upstream bus_dmamem_alloc fix in the 2100 thread, thought I'd ping to ask if this one is also going to get pulled in for 26.10
