Unstable ipv6 gateway monitoring

I open a new subject about this problem I have from a long time. I decide to investigate more now.

I have always the ipv6 gateway in offline, latency status. I try several options and found that the problem comes from NDP. The link local of my ISP router comes each 30 seconds in incomplete status.

I make a wireshark capture and see that the neighbor solicitation are done and answered but always from source ip public address from pfsense.

So I think it is why the link local is not regulary updated!
